Position Title: Litigation Lawyer - Civil, Commercial & Labor Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 20,000 depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: As per UAE labor law plus commission and bonus Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A dynamic and growing professional services firm based in the UAE, providing specialized legal and business solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients. Job Description: § Conduct legal consultations, assess civil, commercial, labor, and RDC disputes, and provide practical legal advice and case assessments. § Develop and explain litigation strategies, legal procedures, timelines, risks, and potential outcomes to clients with clarity and professionalism. § Build and maintain strong client relationships, converting consultations into retained engagements through effective communication and legal expertise. § Coordinate with the litigation team to ensure seamless case handover and deliver exceptional client service throughout the engagement process.

Requirements
Qualifications: § Bachelors Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) with proven UAE litigation experience handling Civil, Commercial, Labour, and RDC (Rental Disputes Center) matters. § Strong knowledge of UAE court procedures, litigation strategy, legal drafting, case preparation, and dispute resolution processes. § Previous experience in a client-facing legal role, with the ability to conduct consultations, assess legal matters, and provide clear, practical legal advice. § Excellent client consultation, legal advisory, and relationship management skills.
