The Role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our premium casual cafe in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, managing daily operations efficiently, and inspiring a dedicated team to achieve excellence in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service. - Recruit, train, and motivate staff to provide outstanding customer experiences. - Implement policies and procedures that maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety. - Manage inventory, ordering, and waste control to maximize profitability. - Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction. - Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures. - Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. - Develop and execute marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth. - Prepare reports and provide insights to senior management regarding operational performance.
Requirements - Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a premium casual dining setting. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. - Exceptional customer service and communication abilities. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards. - Ability to analyze financial reports and implement cost control measures effectively. - Proficiency with restaurant management software and Microsoft Office. - Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays. - Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management or related field is preferred. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
