The Role We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Planner to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable dining experiences and coordinating events that captivate our guests in the vibrant restaurant and casual cafe industry. Responsibilities: - Plan and execute events from concept to completion within budget and timeline. - Collaborate with restaurant and cafe management to design event themes and menus. - Coordinate with vendors, entertainers, and suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery. - Manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs effectively. - Oversee event setup, on-site management, and breakdown, ensuring high-quality service standards. - Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement. - Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the planning process.
Requirements - Proven experience as an event planner within the hospitality or F&B industry. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Creative mindset with the ability to innovate event concepts. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
