Join a leading US international law firm in Riyadh as a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer. In this dynamic role, you will provide expert legal counsel on corporate and commercial matters, working with high-profile clients across diverse industries to navigate complex legal frameworks and support business growth in Saudi Arabia and beyond. Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate, commercial, and transactional matters to clients in various industries. - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents with a focus on commercial transactions. - Assist in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate restructuring activities. - Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian laws and international legal standards relevant to client operations. - Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting corporate and commercial law. - Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to develop effective legal strategies. - Represent clients in negotiations and liaise with regulatory authorities as required.

Requirements
- Licensed lawyer with a strong background in corporate and commercial law, preferably with experience in an international law firm environment. - In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian corporate laws and familiarity with US and international legal frameworks. - Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive and client-focused approach. - Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team and across different jurisdictions.
