The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Control Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement in all construction activities. This role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for construction projects. - Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify and resolve quality issues promptly. - Prepare detailed reports on quality control activities and suggest corrective actions where necessary. - Train and mentor junior QC staff to uphold high standards of quality across all teams. - Stay updated with latest industry standards, regulations, and quality control technologies. - Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain material and workmanship quality.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Minimum 5 years of UAE experience (Construction field). - Minimum 10 years of total professional experience. - Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality assurance techniques. - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Proficient in quality management software and MS Office applications. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Knowledge of UAE construction codes and standards is highly desirable. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
