The Role Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics Functional Tester with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM testing. The role involves validating business processes, workflows, integrations, and ensuring high-quality delivery through functional, regression, and UAT testing. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze business requirements and prepare test plans, test cases, and traceability documents. • Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for MS Dynamics 365 CRM. • Test CRM modules including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. • Validate workflows, data integrity, integrations, security roles, and reports. • Identify, document, and track defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. • Support UAT activities and collaborate with business and technical teams.
Requirements • Minimum 10 years of experience in Functional Testing. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Testing. • Strong understanding of CRM business processes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. • Experience preparing test plans, test cases, and test documentation. • Experience with integration and API testing using Postman or similar tools. • Knowledge of regression, functional, integration, and UAT testing. • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, Zephyr, or similar defect management tools. • Ability to write basic SQL queries for data validation. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of Selenium or other test automation tools. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations and upgrades. • Strong understanding of business workflows and end-user experience. • Ability to work effectively with business users, developers, QA teams, and product owners.
