The Role
An Abu Dhabi-based organisation is seeking a Mid-Level Project Finance Lawyer to support its in-house legal team. Available on either a 3-month contract or permanent basis, this role will involve advising on project finance transactions, corporate matters, and commercial legal issues across the business. Working as part of the in-house legal team, you will provide commercially focused legal advice on project development, financing transactions, corporate matters, and commercial agreements. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, supporting strategic projects and complex transactions. Key Responsibilities • Advise on project finance transactions and financing arrangements. • Draft, review, and negotiate finance, commercial, and project-related agreements. • Support project development, acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate transactions. • Provide legal advice on corporate governance and general corporate matters. • Identify and manage legal and commercial risks. • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel.

Requirements
