The Role Position Title: Health Insurance Advisor Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 5,000 depending on experience and qualifications plus incentives Job Location: Dubai About the Client: A leading UAE-based insurance brokerage providing customized insurance and risk management solutions for individuals and businesses across diverse industries. Job Description: • Advise clients on suitable medical insurance plans, prepare quotations using insurer broker portals, and manage the sales process from enquiry to policy issuance. • Convert website leads into sales, update CRM records, achieve sales targets, and leverage your own client portfolio while cross-selling other insurance products. • Build strong client relationships by providing expert guidance, resolving policy and claims-related queries, and delivering excellent post-sale support. • Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes while collaborating with the team to improve sales performance.
Requirements • Minimum 1 year experience in Medical/ Health insurance in UAE • With proven experience in medical insurance sales, with an established client portfolio • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools • Familiarity with the Dubai insurance market and regulatory requirements is a MUST.
