Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join its Riyadh office. This is a great opportunity for a highly organised, proactive professional to provide executive support to senior fee earners in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The successful candidate will manage complex diaries and travel arrangements, coordinate meetings, support client onboarding and financial administration, prepare high-quality documentation, assist with business development activities, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the Riyadh office while working closely with regional teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide executive and administrative support to senior fee earners. 2. Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel and international itineraries. 3. Prepare correspondence, presentations and legal documentation. 4. Coordinate client onboarding, compliance and matter administration. 5. Support billing, WIP, invoicing, expenses and financial administration. 6. Maintain document management and filing systems. 7. Assist with business development, CRM updates and client events. 8. Support office operations and collaborate with regional business support teams.

Requirements
1. Excellent academic background. 2. Relevant Executive Assistant, PA, or Legal Secretary experience, ideally gained in a law firm. 3. Fluent English and Arabic communication skills. 4. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. 5. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. 6.
