The Role
Job Description: We are looking for a Site Engineer – Waterproofing, Heat Insulation & Flooring to supervise site activities, ensure quality execution, and coordinate with project teams for timely completion of works. The ideal candidate should have experience in site supervision with knowledge of waterproofing, insulation, flooring applications, and construction site procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily site activities and ensure works are completed as per approved specifications and quality standards. - Monitor waterproofing, heat insulation, and flooring applications at project sites. - Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients for smooth execution of projects. - Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with quality requirements. - Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and site documentation. - Ensure adherence to health and safety requirements at site. - Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

Requirements
Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Site Engineer. - Experience in waterproofing, insulation, flooring, or related construction works. - Basic knowledge of construction drawings and site procedures. - UAE experience is preferred. - Good communication and site coordination skills. - Ability to manage site activities and work with teams. - UAE Driving Licence is an advantage.
