The Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mortgage Sales Team Lead to join our growing team in Dubai. This role involves leading and motivating a team of mortgage sales professionals to achieve targets while providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the mortgage industry and proven leadership skills. Responsibilities: - Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing mortgage sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. - Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the Dubai market. - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing feedback and guidance to team members. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in mortgage sales processes. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance the mortgage product offering and promotion. - Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending processes, and regulatory requirements in the UAE. - Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of motivating sales teams. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable plans. - Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
