The Role Key Responsibilities Maintaining records of financial transactions by posting and verifying Maintaining subsidiary accounts by posting, verifying and allocating transactions Record daily financial transactions and post journal entries. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist with preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements Recording invoice payments from clients Recording invoice payments to vendors Perform regular vendor and customer account reconciliations Reconciling general ledgers, bank & cash statements on regular basis Ensuring compliance requirements through companys internal controls Follow up on overdue invoices from clients Advising management on compliance needs and deviations Maintain records using ERP systems
Requirements Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of general accounting or bookkeeping experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally and Focus High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and data confidentiality
