The Role * Source and attract high-quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking events, and direct search. * Create, publish, and manage engaging job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms. * Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates against business requirements. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate professionals for current and future hiring needs. * Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment priorities and deliver suitable candidates efficiently. * Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and interview schedules. * Build long-term relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. * Contribute innovative ideas to improve recruitment strategies, employer branding, and talent acquisition initiatives. * Meet recruitment targets while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Requirements * Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search. * Experience recruiting within Dubai real estate is highly desirable. * British or European national preferred. * Professional, confident, and well-presented with excellent communication skills. * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). * Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and major job portals is an advantage.
