Requirements Responsibilities: - Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. - Answer and direct phone calls and email inquiries. - Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings. - Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries. - Maintain visitor logs and office records. - Support administrative and clerical activities. - Ensure the reception area remains organized and presentable. - Provide information and assistance to employees, clients, and guests. Skills Required: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Customer service orientation. - Organization and multitasking abilities. - Attention to detail and professionalism. - Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
