The Role 1. Develop and continuously optimize quantitative site selection models**, integrating key dimensions such as demand forecasting, transportation networks, labor supply, and cost structures. 2. Conduct in-depth research on the industrial real estate market landscape** across GCC countries and deliver actionable site selection insights. 3. Lead on-site inspections and due diligence** for candidate warehouse locations, comprehensively evaluating infrastructure, land-use planning, and operational feasibility. 4. Negotiate lease terms, land acquisition strategies, and partnership models** with local developers and government agencies; collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including Operations, Transportation, and Finance) to ensure site selection decisions align with the overarching logistics network strategy. 5. Continuously monitor policy, regulatory, and economic dynamics** in the GCC region to assess their potential impact on site selection; manage end-to-end project timelines from initial screening to final delivery.
Requirements 1. Bachelors degree or above; majors in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields are preferred. 2. 5+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics site selection, commercial real estate, or supply chain network planning. Experience in the Middle East region is highly preferred. 3. Excellent data analytical skills with proven experience in building site selection scoring models. Familiarity with geospatial or logistics data, as well as the commercial real estate market, industrial parks, and relevant regulatory frameworks in the GCC region. 4. Strong communication and coordination skills; fluency in English is preferred.
