The Role
Guildhall is recruiting on behalf of a leading international consumer health and personal care business that is expanding its commercial operations in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial professional with strong UAE retail relationships and experience growing consumer brands across multiple sales channels. Responsibilities: -Develop and grow key accounts across pharmacy, modern trade, beauty retail, e-commerce, and quick commerce. -Build relationships with buyers and category managers. -Open new accounts and secure new product listings. -Negotiate commercial agreements, promotions, and trade activities. -Manage vendor onboarding, product setup, and launch execution. -Drive sales growth through merchandising, promotions, and account development. -Monitor forecasting, stock levels, reorders, and sales performance. -Support online marketplace execution across platforms such as Amazon and Noon.

Requirements
-5–8 years of UAE experience in FMCG, consumer health, personal care, beauty, or retail. -Proven experience managing key accounts across pharmacy, modern trade, beauty, or e-commerce. -Strong relationships with UAE buyers and category managers. -Track record of opening new accounts and successfully launching new brands or SKUs. -Strong commercial negotiation and account management skills. -Experience with forecasting, trade promotions, and sales reporting. -Valid UAE driving licence. -Fluent English (Arabic is an advantage).
