The Role
Guildhall is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client for an experienced General Manager to lead its operations across Saudi Arabia. This executive leadership role offers full responsibility for business operations, commercial performance, project delivery, and business growth while managing a workforce of 150+ employees. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the overall operations of the Saudi Arabia business. - Take full ownership of P&L, revenue growth, profitability, and operational performance. - Manage multidisciplinary teams across multiple large-scale projects. - Oversee project delivery, commercial performance, and business development. - Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders. - Lead contract management, variation orders, claims, and value engineering. - Report business performance to executive leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related discipline (MBA/PMP is an advantage). - Minimum 15 years of experience in Saudi Arabia within ELV, ICT, Systems Integration, Security, or Smart Infrastructure. - Proven experience leading teams of 150+ employees and managing major infrastructure or giga-projects. - Strong commercial expertise, including P&L management, claims, contract administration, and business development. - Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. - Fluent in English and Arabic.
