The Role
We are looking for detail-oriented dog and cat owners residing in Dubai to conduct mystery shopping audits at select veterinary clinics. As an evaluator, you will take your pet for a routine consultation, vaccination, or diagnostic check and evaluate the quality of care, customer service, cleanliness, and overall client experience. All audit-related veterinary expenses will be 100% covered by us. Key Responsibilities: • Schedule and attend a routine appointment with your pet at a designated veterinary clinic in Dubai. • Observe staff professionalism, waiting times, clinic hygiene, vet care quality, and overall customer service. • Complete a structured online evaluation form and submit photos of receipts/invoices within 24–48 hours of the visit. Full Coverage & Benefits: • We fully reimburse 100% of the expenses incurred during the assigned audit visit, including: • Consultation fees • Required/routine vaccinations • Prescribed medications (if applicable to the audit) • Routine diagnostic tests/screenings

Requirements
• Location: Must currently reside in Dubai, UAE. • Pet Ownership: Must currently own a dog or cat that is comfortable traveling and visiting a clinic. • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, reliability, and strong written communication in English. Technology: Must have a smartphone to take pictures of documents/receipts and complete the online audit report.
