The Chief Financial Officer (Business Unit) will oversee the financial operations and strategies within the financial services industry. This permanent position is focused on driving financial performance and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Client Details An organisation within the financial services industry based in the Middle East. Description * Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives. * Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. * Lead financial reporting and analysis to support decision-making. * Manage relationships with stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions. * Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the organisations assets. * Optimise financial processes and systems for improved efficiency. * Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership. Job Offer * Monthly salary of AED 45,000 to AED 55,000. * Additional benefits included. Requirements
A successful Chief Financial Officer (Business Unit) should have: * A professional qualification in accounting or finance. * Extensive experience in financial management within the financial services industry. * Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and accounting standards. * Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. * Experience in leading and developing finance teams. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
