The Role Join a dynamic construction company in Dubai as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where youll play a key role in developing innovative mechanical systems for large-scale projects. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your technical expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to shaping the future of construction technology in the UAE. Responsibilities: - Develop detailed mechanical designs and drawings for construction projects using CAD software. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design feasibility and compliance with industry standards. - Perform calculations and simulations to validate design functionality and safety. - Select appropriate materials and components for mechanical systems while considering cost and sustainability. - Conduct site visits to support installation and resolve technical issues during construction. - Prepare technical reports and documentation for project handover. - Stay updated with latest construction codes, standards, and technological advancements in mechanical design.
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Proven 10 yrs experience in mechanical design within the construction industry. - Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar. - Strong knowledge of mechanical systems used in building construction (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection). - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. - Good communication skills and fluency in English. - Willingness to relocate or work in Dubai, UAE.
