We are supporting a leading international law firm in the search for an Practice Assistant to join its growing Riyadh office. This is a unique opportunity to become one of the first members of the local business support team and play a central role in the offices day-to-day success. Working closely with lawyers and colleagues across the firms global network, you will enjoy a varied role combining legal administrative support, office coordination, and client-facing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Legal & Administrative Support 1. Provide high-level administrative support to lawyers and the wider team 2. Manage complex diaries, meetings, and international travel arrangements 3. Prepare expense reports, billing, time entry, and pre-bill edits 4. Draft, format, proofread, and produce professional documents and presentations 5. Assist with business development initiatives, client pitches, and marketing materials 6. Coordinate with colleagues across the firms international offices 7. Organise meetings, events, and maintain electronic filing systems Office Coordination As a key member of a close-knit team, youll also help ensure the office operates seamlessly by: 1. Welcoming clients and visitors 2. Managing reception and incoming communications 3. Coordinating meeting rooms and hospitality for guests 4. Overseeing office supplies and general office administration 5. Liaising with suppliers and assisting with office-related expenses 6. Providing basic IT coordination with remote support teams when required

Requirements
1. A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is preferred. 2. 3-5 years administrative experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment 3. Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English 5. Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) 6. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 7. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take ownership 8. Enjoys working within a collaborative, growing team where no two days are the same Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia This position reports locally to the Office Managing Partner and to the Regional Director of Administration. The successful candidate will be mostly working from the office, with flexibility as needed to support business requirements. Overtime flexibility is required.
