We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Principal Personal Assistant to support the leadership team in a dynamic educational environment in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will manage complex schedules, coordinate communications, and streamline administrative processes to ensure efficient operations within our institution. Responsibilities: - Manage the principals calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and confidentiality. - Serve as the primary point of contact between the principal, staff, students, and external stakeholders. - Prepare, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations. - Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up on action items. - Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism. - Assist in organizing school events and special projects as required. - Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Education or Business Administration. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership, ideally in the education sector. - Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic. - Proficient in MS Office Suite and common office management software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and meet tight deadlines. - Previous experience in an international school or education environment is an advantage
