The Role
FlowMind Technology is hiring an Odoo Sales & Implementation Consultant to support business development and client delivery for Odoo and ERP solutions across the UAE. The role is based in Al Ain, but the selected candidate must be ready to meet clients and work on projects anywhere in the UAE, depending on business requirements. The role combines consultative software sales with practical implementation coordination. The selected candidate will identify and qualify business opportunities, understand client operations, present suitable Odoo solutions, prepare proposals, and coordinate with the implementation team to ensure a clear handover from sales to delivery. The role may include sales targets, with commission or incentives based on performance. Key responsibilities: - Generate and follow up on leads for Odoo and ERP solutions. - Meet clients across the UAE, understand business processes, pain points, and software requirements. - Present Odoo modules and explain how they fit the client’s workflow. - Prepare commercial proposals, scope summaries, assumptions, and exclusions. - Coordinate with implementation teams on analysis, configuration, testing, training, and go-live planning. - Maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, forecasts, and follow-up discipline. - Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities. - Represent FlowMind Technology professionally during client meetings and demonstrations.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should have experience in ERP, Odoo, SaaS, software sales, business consulting, or implementation coordination. Requirements: - 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B software sales, ERP/Odoo sales, functional consulting, or implementation support. - Good understanding of business processes such as sales, CRM, accounting, inventory, purchasing, HR, POS, or operations. - Ability to conduct client discovery meetings and translate business needs into ERP/Odoo solutions. - Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship skills. - Good English communication is required; Arabic is an advantage. - UAE market experience is preferred. - UAE driving license is required, as the role involves client visits and project work anywhere in the UAE. - Own car or ability to travel for client meetings across the UAE is preferred. - Candidate must be flexible to travel and attend client meetings across all Emirates when required. - Organized, proactive, target-oriented, and able to coordinate between clients and technical/implementation teams. Direct Odoo experience is preferred; candidates with ERP/SaaS sales or implementation experience may also be considered. Candidates with CRM usage, proposal preparation, and client-facing implementation exposure will be preferred.
