Requirements A successful candidate: * Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. * Masters Degree is an advantage. * PMP certification is highly preferred. * Professional architectural registration or equivalent certification is an advantage. * Minimum 12-15 years of professional experience in architectural design, engineering consultancy, and project management. * Proven experience managing multidisciplinary projects from concept through completion. * Strong experience in healthcare, laboratories, commercial, mixed-use, or complex building projects. * Extensive experience with Abu Dhabi authority submissions and approvals.
