The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer in Oman. This pivotal role involves managing the CEO’s schedule, facilitating communication, and ensuring smooth operational efficiency within a dynamic audit and consulting environment. Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. - Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up. - Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high level of accuracy and professionalism. - Assist in organizing company events, board meetings, and other executive-level functions. - Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain a high degree of professionalism. - Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively manage tasks to optimize time management and workflow. - Coordinate and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field preferred. - Minimum of 1-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within audit, consulting, or professional services. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and external partners. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office productivity tools. - Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and with discretion. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. - Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
