This role leads the end-to-end technology strategy, architecture, and engineering for a complex, multi-region digital commerce ecosystem. You will partner with business and product leaders to deliver scalable platforms while building and leading a high-performing engineering organisation. Client Details Our client is a leading multi-brand group driving innovation across omni-channel commerce in the GCC. They are investing significantly in modern, scalable technologies to deliver best-in-class customer experiences Description * Define and execute the digital commerce technology roadmap and vision * Lead architecture across Salesforce Commerce Cloud and SAP ecosystems * Drive headless, composable, API-first and cloud-native innovation * Oversee integrations across payments, OMS, logistics, and third parties * Build and lead high-performing engineering teams across regions Job Offer * Opportunity to lead a high-impact digital transformation programme * Senior leadership role in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment

Requirements
* 10+ years experience in retail commerce technology leadership (essential) * Deep expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFRA, Headless, SCAPI) * Mandatory Salesforce certifications (SFCC Architect/B2C Architect/Developer * Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA, OMS, and enterprise integrations * Proven ability to lead large, distributed engineering teams and platforms
