The Role We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller to join our dynamic team in Ras Al Khaimah. The successful candidate will manage, organize, and control all project documentation ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements within the construction and real estate development sector. Responsibilities: - Manage and control all project documentation including receiving, reviewing, organizing, and distributing documents. - Maintain document management systems ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company procedures. - Coordinate with project teams and external stakeholders to collect necessary documentation and ensure timely distribution. - Monitor document workflows to ensure timely approvals and revisions are completed. - Prepare and maintain document logs, registers, and reports for management review. - Ensure compliance with project and organizational quality standards and regulatory requirements related to documentation. - Assist in archiving final project documents and maintaining document retention policies. - Support the auditing process by providing required documentation and information.
Requirements - Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role, preferably within construction or real estate development. - Strong knowledge of document management practices and systems specific to construction projects. - Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail and accuracy. - Proficient in computer applications including MS Office and document management software. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines. - Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. - Understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements is a plus. - Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous. - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Document Management, or related field is preferred. - Willingness to work in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
