The Role Welcome and assist all guests, ensuring a professional, courteous, and friendly environment. Handle inquiries related to equestrian activities, events, and services, providing accurate and timely information. Manage bookings and reservations for equestrian activities, coordinating with trainers and staff to ensure smooth operations. Maintain up-to-date records of guest interactions, bookings, and feedback. Assist in organizing and managing events, competitions, and special guest programs within the equestrian department. Collaborate with other departments to ensure high-quality guest experiences. Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and escalate to the Equestrian General Manager when necessary. Promote the equestrian services, membership packages, and related offerings to guests. Ensure all safety and operational guidelines are communicated to guests before activities.
Requirements Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred. Minimum of 12 years experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service (experience in equestrian or sports-related environments is an advantage). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of equestrian activities, terminology, and safety procedures is preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required. Proficiency in MS Office and reservation management systems.
