We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Director to lead growth initiatives within the energy sector in Dubai, UAE. This role demands a visionary leader who can identify new business opportunities, build strong partnerships, and drive revenue growth in a competitive market. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to expand market presence in the energy sector. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. - Lead negotiations and close high-value deals to achieve revenue targets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to align business development efforts with organizational objectives. - Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions. - Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders. - Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals to maximize performance and productivity.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Energy Management, or related field; MBA preferred. - Minimum 8 years of experience in business development within the energy industry, with proven track record of success. - Strong knowledge of the energy market landscape in the UAE and Middle East region. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and negotiation abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
