The Role A leading construction and fit-out company is seeking a Project Manager – Fit-Out Construction to manage small fit-out construction projects from planning to completion. The role is responsible for coordinating site activities, contractors, suppliers, and project timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. • Manage and supervise small fit-out construction projects from start to handover. • Plan project schedules and coordinate site activities, contractors, and suppliers. • Monitor project progress, quality of work, costs, and timelines. • Review drawings, specifications, and material requirements to ensure smooth execution. • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve site-related issues. • Ensure projects are completed in line with approved designs, quality standards, and safety requirements. • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Review project costs, contractor quotations, and variation work when required. • Prepare regular progress reports and updates for management. • Oversee project completion, snagging, and final handover.
Requirements • Bachelors degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. • 3–5 years of experience in fit-out construction or interior construction project management. • Experience managing small to medium-sized construction fit-out projects. • Good knowledge of site execution, project planning, contractor coordination, and budgeting. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and project scheduling tools is an advantage. • Excellent organizational and time management abilities. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve site issues effectively
