The Role REPORTS TO: Owner / General Manager /Brand Heads Responsible to post for (Redline Brands & Bits & Pieces) in Social Media (Instagram/Facebook & so on) during peak viewing timing. Management to communicate timing & frequency by brand. Visiting the Salon & Shops a minimum of once per week to obtain social media content. Relevant Travel expenses will be reimbursed upon the submission of Original Receipts. Assisting Brand Heads in deploying brand strategies to generate consumer traffic, increase average baskets / spend per head and customer frequency. Responsible for drafting & executing approved marketing plans. Plans overall budget and individual budgets for all activities Analyses revenue of assigned brands across markets and suggests activities to boost KPIs. Responsible for training staff to ensure the success of all marketing initiatives. Improving store profitability by creating operational in-store action plans to increase customer acquisition, retention, satisfaction, cross selling & up selling Analyzes results (Store events, direct marketing, promotions, PR ) Defines actions based on Mystery shopper reports, customer & blogger / Influencer feedback Compares budget versus actual spends on a monthly basis. Undertakes benchmarking of marketing activities against competition Develop relationships with key support stakeholders like Editors, Influencers, Mall Marketing. Monitors Store KPIs & reports to Brand Heads Create Monthly Social Media timeline & images Weekly report of offers & packages sold Boost/ sponsored ads on social media platforms Daily stories on social media platforms Collect marketing collateral from partners Update email signature, awards wall & announcement on social platform, digital menu when winning an award Create creative videos of before/after of hair cuts, hair colours, nails etc. Approach influencers for collaboration with 306 Spa Create bridal posts, offers and promote the packages & services Maintain client database with Abu Dhabi & Dubai branch SMS Marketing ( credentials & instructions) 306 Spa Monthly offer to be discussed with Mr. Mark, Abu Dhabi & Dubai team. Share stylists & Nail technicians images & stories on social media platform. (Photos & Videos) Photographer portfolios for future marketing collaterals ( Photos & videos) B2B collaborations ( Key contacts, agreement forms) o Discounts o Offers o Government offices o Hospitals/clinics o Schools o Wedding planners o Stylists o Personal Stylists o Corporate groups o Ambassadors Create Stylist Bios Maintaining relationships with brands for updated marketing collaterals such as photos, videos, events, discounts etc. Collaborations with editors of magazines, photoshoots, awards, events held internationally, locally and create offers for special occasions like mothers day/ valentines day etc. Create Flyers to push products sales internally among employees or clients. Cross Marketing during events, collaborate with brands for space to set up nail stations or any other services they would be interested in. Social media engagement like or comment on multiple users daily, post minimum 4 stories daily, promote offers online WhatsApp Marketing o Share offers o Updated catalogue o Upcoming events o New staffs bio to clients In salon Marketing Use A5/A4 stands to promote the month offers internally. Managements Likes & Dislikes ( No Halloween, no revealing photos- less skin, covid precautions, consent of the clients are always needed before clicking an image of them, share for approval before posting) Developing an e-commerce 306 Spa Website Respond to clients on social media platform daily including the weekend. Collaborate with models for a free makeover, after approval from management Last minute cancellation post/ 20% on total bill for the stylist Search for competitions locally and internationally for stylists, nail technicians, bridal competitions for employees to participate in. Promotion of a new service or slow moving service ( Microdermabrasion, new set of eye lashes , semi-permanent make up, etc) discussion with management Slow or near expiration date products needs to be used on clients, or sold at a discounted rate in a special corner of the salon. Requirements FEMALE Social Media Executive with Photographer & Videographer / Content Creator knowledge Requirements: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Social Media, Photography, Videography, Content Creation, photo/video editing, and social media content production.
