The Role
Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to manage order processing, ensure timely deliveries, support invoicing, and drive sales coordination activities. The role also involves lead generation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to support business growth. Key Responsibilities • Process all local-market orders within 7–8 working days • Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics for on-time delivery • Ensure 100% monthly invoicing and fulfillment of LPOs • Maintain proactive communication with customers on order status • Prepare quotations and follow up to convert opportunities • Generate leads and arrange meetings with key clients • Prepare weekly sales reports and presentations for management • Support process improvements and maintain accurate records KPIs • Greater than or equal to 95% timely order processing • 100% monthly invoicing and delivery completion • On-time delivery & invoice accuracy • Lead generation and reporting quality Work Environment • Office-based in Dubai with occasional site/client visits • Flexibility for meetings as required

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field • 2–5 years’ experience in sales coordination/order management • FMCG/manufacturing experience preferred • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP skills (AI tools a plus) • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
