The Role Key Responsibilities • Coordinate technical training programs and trainee assessments. • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders. • Manage vocational training schedules and records. • Support Learning & Development initiatives. • Ensure compliance with quality and operational standards.
Requirements • Degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Learning & Development, or related discipline. • Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Bilingual (English & Arabic) preferred. • Preferred • GCC experience. • Experience supporting engineering or technical training programs.
