The Role We are looking for a motivated Business Development and Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Hike Tech LLC, a software and technology company based in Muscat, Oman. Candidates who can join within 15 days are preferred. The role involves two key responsibilities. First, identifying and acquiring new clients for our software and digital product services through cold outreach, networking and relationship building. Second, managing our brand presence across digital channels including Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate is comfortable with both closing deals and creating content. You will work directly with the founder and play a key role in driving company growth across the GCC market. Key responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, reaching out to potential clients via email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and social media, preparing proposals, following up on opportunities, attending GCC networking events and meetups, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, building ambassador and referral programs, and reporting on performance and growth metrics on a weekly basis. Requirements We are looking for a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, digital marketing or a related field who is available to join immediately. The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic, and is comfortable with cold outreach and building professional relationships from scratch. The candidate must be self motivated, target driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision. A solid understanding of the GCC market and business culture is essential. Familiarity with social media platforms especially Instagram and LinkedIn is required. An existing network of businesses or decision makers in the GCC is a strong advantage. Experience selling software or digital services, or working with content creators and influencer communities, is also highly desirable. Content creation skills including photography, video editing and Reels production are a bonus. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. What matters most is attitude, drive and the ability to deliver results from day one.
