The Role The Certification Specialist is responsible for validating and certifying ADGT’s products and payment solutions against applicable regulatory, payment network, and industry standards. This role ensures that products meet all certification requirements prior to deployment by conducting structured testing, reviewing technical documentation, and coordinating certification activities with internal teams and external stakeholders. • Execute certification testing activities, ensuring products meet payment network, regulatory, and compliance requirements • Review product documentation and technical specifications, validating alignment with certification criteria • Analyze transaction flows and system behaviour, ensuring data integrity and operational accuracy during certification • Coordinate certification processes with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Compliance • Track and manage certification activities, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and requirements are met • Document results, issues, and certification outcomes, ensuring audit-ready records and traceability • Stay current on regulatory and payment network requirements, identifying impacts to products and certification processes
Requirements Essential • 3–5 years of experience in certification, QA, payment testing, or related roles • Experience in payments, FinTech, or regulated environments required • Familiarity with payment network certification processes (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) • Strong analytical skills with ability to validate transaction flows and data integrity • Experience with testing methodologies and certification processes • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple certification activities • Strong documentation and reporting skills • Effective communication and collaboration across technical and business teams Personal Attributes • Strategic and analytical thinker. • Strong stakeholder management skills. • Proactive and solutions-focused. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capability • High level of accountability and professionalism • Detail-oriented and proactive.
