The Role - Implement and execute Account Business Plans, promotions, and sales activities to achieve or exceed volume, revenue, market share, and profitability targets across the Modern Trade channel. - Develop and deliver customer business plans through cost-effective Customer Development Agreements (CDAs), in-store programs, merchandising initiatives, and the rollout of AOP business initiatives. - Lead and manage the Modern Trade field team to ensure effective execution of sales plans, maximize team performance, and achieve sales, market execution, and customer service objectives while strengthening the companys market presence. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all organizational levels and ensure timely collections in line with the companys credit policy
