Description * Leading group-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance management * Acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing clear and objective financial insight * Driving post-acquisition integration and alignment across entities * Embedding robust controls, governance, and financial discipline across regions * Supporting organisational scale through systems, processes, and finance transformation Job Offer * Strategic, high-impact role within a growing platform * Significant autonomy and visibility at leadership level * Opportunity to shape finance strategy during a critical growth phase
Requirements * 20+ years experience in senior finance leadership roles * Strong background in FP&A, business finance, and performance-driven environments * Proven experience in the US market / with a US organisation (essential) * Strong project-based or project-driven industry experience (e.g. infrastructure, engineering, industrials, or similar) * Demonstrated track record in M&A integration and scaling businesses * Experience operating across multiple geographies and managing cross-border teams * Highly commercial, analytical, and confident working with senior stakeholders * Recognised finance qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent)
