You will own the day-to-day execution of onsite merchandising across multiple e-commerce platforms, ensuring an engaging and high-performing customer journey. Working cross-functionally, you will optimise product visibility, analyse performance, and drive trading initiatives that maximise conversion and commercial outcomes. Description * Manage daily onsite merchandising and trading activities across platforms * Optimise product listings, categorisation, and on-site search performance * Execute campaigns, seasonal launches, and homepage updates * Monitor site performance, stock levels, and catalogue accuracy * Conduct regular site walks to enhance UX and customer journey * Analyse sales and customer behaviour to inform trading decisions * Collaborate with marketing, buying, and digital teams to deliver campaigns Job Offer * Opportunity to join a growing and innovative digital team * Exposure to impactful projects within a leading retail environment * Competitive salary with strong career development potential

Requirements
* 3-5 years experience in digital merchandising or e-commerce * Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field * Strong understanding of online trading and customer journey optimisation * Experience using Shopify, Google Analytics, and SEO principles * Highly analytical with the ability to turn data into actionable insights * Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills * Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
