The Role
JIH Global Advisory LLC is seeking an exceptional business development leader to drive the growth of our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) business across the Middle East and Asia. This is not a project management role. We are looking for a commercially driven professional with an established network and a proven ability to secure high-value development and consultancy mandates. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, develop, and secure new PMC opportunities across hospitality, mixed-use, infrastructure, commercial, and large- scale development projects. • Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, hotel operators, government entities, and strategic partners. • Represent HARIM at industry events, conferences, and business forums. • Lead client engagement from opportunity identification through contract award. • Develop strategic partnerships that strengthen HARIM’s regional presence and project pipeline. • Work closely with technical teams to convert opportunities into successful project appointments.

Requirements
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in business development, client acquisition, investment, real estate development, construction consultancy, or a related sector. • Demonstrated track record of securing high-value projects and consultancy mandates. • Strong network across the GCC, South Asia, and/or Southeast Asia. • Excellent commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Ability to engage confidently with senior executives, investors, developers, and government stakeholders. • Experience within hospitality, real estate, infrastructure, or development sectors is highly desirable. This role will be measured by one primary outcome: generating new business and expanding the company’s PMC project portfolio across the region.
