Job Description: Application Engineer Key Responsibilities: • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and maintenance, ensuring seamless operations. • Resolve issues promptly by following Standard Operating Procedures. • Handle mission-critical tasks within the production environment. • Collaborate with L3 engineering teams to address incidents and defects effectively. • Develop and maintain SQL and script monitors to enhance monitoring capabilities. • Conduct root cause analysis for defects reported by partners and customers. • Offer application support in both SaaS (Software as a Service) and On-Premise environments. • Available to work during nights and weekends to ensure continuous support and service availability.

Requirements
Requirements: • Language: [Required] English / [Preferred] Korean, Arabic • Bachelors degree, preferably Computer Science degree, and minimum 3 years prior experience in a Production Support role. • Experience with Windows and Linux Administration • Experience with Unix commands and basic scripting (Shell, Python). • TCP/IP Network troubleshooting and support, including DNS, DHCP & HTTP protocols. • Taking thread dumps, analyzing them for potential issues • Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform experience • Understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies • Strong knowledge on SQL/NoSQL (writing query, Joins, View, query explain etc) - Execute, debug and test SQL programs • Knowledge on Grafana, Kibana or any equivalent Monitoring tool (AppD, Splunk) • Strong knowledge on Tomcat stack (Apache, https, SSL ) • Good working experience with Java, Microservices. • Familiarity with the Docker/Kubernetes container for microservice implementation • Knowledge of Git, RPM, Rancher , docker hub • Previous experience in a customer facing role, including excellent written and oral communications skill Working Conditions: - Expected Date of Recruitment: ASAP(Negotiable) - Salary: Salary depending on experience and skills - Term of the Contract: 2 years (can be extended) - Working Hours: 5 Days (8 hours a day) - Annual leaves: as per UAE Labor law - Severance payment: as per UAE Labor law - Insurance: Support - Visa: Support - Flight fee to home country: Not Support - Accompanying Family: Support(insurance for the accompanying family) - Support for telecommunications expenses, business trip expenses, etc
