The Role Supervise all scaffolding activities on high-rise construction projects. Ensure scaffolding works are carried out safely and in compliance with approved drawings and method statements. Conduct daily inspections and maintain scaffold registers and inspection records. Coordinate with site engineers, construction managers, and subcontractors to support project progress. Monitor scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling activities. Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety procedures. Manage scaffold teams, allocate resources, and maintain productivity on site. Report site issues and implement corrective actions where required.
Requirements Diploma, Technical Certificate (OSHA / CISRS), or equivalent qualification. Minimum 7+ years of construction experience, including at least 4 years as a Scaffolding Supervisor on high-rise building projects preferably. Strong knowledge of scaffold systems such as Tube & Fitting, Cuplock, and Ringlock. Experience working with a main contractor on residential, commercial, or mixed-use high-rise developments. Thorough understanding of scaffold inspections, risk assessments, and safety regulations. Ability to read scaffold drawings and construction plans. Valid Scaffolding Supervisor/Inspector certification preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
