The role requires strong market knowledge, carrier relationships, analytical skills, and coordination with operations, sales, and overseas agents UAE work experience is a must.
Requirements • Negotiate freight rates and service contracts with shipping lines, feeders, NVOCCs, co-loaders, and logistics partners. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and overseas agents. • Source alternative routing and carrier solutions to optimize costs and transit times. • Evaluate vendor performance and service levels. • Secure competitive slot allocations and equipment availability. Candidates applying must have 4–5 years of work experience in a Shipping Liner / NVOCC , with a deep understanding of liner pricing strategies, freight rate structures, trade lane dynamics, feeder operations, and transshipment cost components.
