The Role
General As Operations and Sales Coordinator you will be a part of the UAE Daily Operations team, working and supporting customers in the UAE ensuring operational excellence. Main responsibilities and tasks • Together with UAE Daily Operations Manager develop and maintain an optimal customer experience for our customers in the UAE. • Provide real-time assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring their transportation needs are met promptly. • Manage daily operations and planning. • First point of contact for our customer operations and other partners such as carriers, vendors and sub contractors like workshops, hardware dealers, agents etc.. • Analyze and optimize performance of fleet securing agreed KPIs and SLA are achieved. • Handle , log and resolve customer requests/issues. • Monitoring internal monitoring tools, support inbox and resolve ad hoc deviations. • Prepare performance and monitoring reports as per company requirements. • Ensure all customer interactions align with company policies, safety regulations, and sustainability goals • Any additional task delegated by reporting manager • Proactively identify and develop opportunities to sell additional fleet capacity in the local domestic market, collaborating with the sales team to grow our presence. • Actively prospect and build relationships with potential clients in the local market to expand the customer base. • Conduct sales presentations and demos to showcase fleet solutions and value propositions. • Negotiate service agreements and contract terms with new and existing clients to maximize revenue. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements
• Required education or level of education • Bachelors degree preferably in Business, Supply Chain or Logistics. • Familiarity with logistics, fleet management systems, or CRM tools is a plus Required experience • Previous experience in a customer facing role within operations management, logistics or other relevant settings. • Previous experience working in a fast paced 24x7 environment. • Fluent in English, Hindi & Urdu is a must. • UAE drivers License is a must, Heavy Truck license is a bonus. • Strong collaborator and excellent problem solving skills. • Strong service and solution oriented mindset. • Independent and confident in your ability to act, prioritize and make decisions. • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of transportation software, GPS tracking, and digital communication tools • Experience from the growing EV industry and/or startup is a bonus.
