The Role This role sits within the CFO function and is responsible for managing investor reporting, financial disclosures, and stakeholder communication across multiple investment structures. The position combines technical accounting expertise with hands-on ownership of investor reporting deliverables, including co-investor, JV, and lender reporting. Client Details Our client is a well-established, high-growth real estate investment and development platform in the UAE, known for delivering landmark, high-value projects. The business operates across complex investment structures and partners with leading institutional investors and financial institutions globally. Description * Prepare and deliver investor reporting packs (monthly, quarterly, annual) across SPVs and investment structures * Manage reporting to private equity co-investors, joint venture partners, and lenders * Perform equity return calculations including IRR, MOIC, and distribution waterfalls * Support drawdowns, distributions, and capital account tracking * Prepare lender reporting, including covenant calculations and compliance certificates * Assist with capital markets reporting obligations, including sukuk/disclosure requirements * Ensure alignment between investor reporting, management accounts, and audited financials * Support financial statement preparation under IFRS, including real estate revenue recognition * Maintain reporting calendars and ensure all contractual deliverables are met on time * Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, and external stakeholders * Drive improvements in financial controls, reporting processes, and governance frameworks Job Offer * High-impact role with significant visibility to senior leadership * Opportunity to work across complex, institutional-grade investment structures * Exposure to high-value transactions and strategic initiatives * Clear pathway for career progression within a growing platform
Requirements * Qualified CA (mandatory) * Company Secretary or LLB - preferred * 10-15 years experience in investor reporting, fund reporting, or financial control * Experience within real estate, private equity, asset management, or investment platforms * Strong technical knowledge of IFRS (including IFRS 15) * Proven experience with waterfall models, returns calculations, and complex structures * Exposure to lender reporting and covenant compliance is highly advantageous * Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills * Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
