Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate commercial properties that meet client requirements; Industrial, Retail and Offices. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords and developers. - Conduct market research and stay updated on the latest industry trends and property values. - Negotiate lease and sale agreements to secure favorable terms for clients. - Provide expert advice on property investment, market conditions and portfolio management. - Coordinate property viewings and manage the sales or leasing process from start to finish. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction. - Prepare and present detailed property proposals and reports to clients. Requirements - Proven experience in sales or consultancy. - Confident working in B2B sales. - Foundational understanding of the Dubai commercial property market. - Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities. - Self motivated with a client focused attitude and a passion for real estate. - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Essential: - Must have a valid driving licence. - Must have an education certificate. - Must be motivated working on a commission only basis.
