The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the supervision of technology and cyber risk across a diverse portfolio of regulated entities. Working within a risk-based framework, the role will focus on assessing cyber resilience, technology governance, operational risk, and emerging technology threats, whilst ensuring organisations maintain appropriate controls and comply with relevant regulatory standards and expectations. The Associate Manager will undertake a broad range of supervisory activities, including conducting risk assessments, desk-based reviews, thematic reviews, transaction monitoring, and onsite engagements. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Business, or a related discipline, supported by a minimum of three years of relevant experience gained within financial services, technology, cybersecurity, consulting, audit, regulatory, or risk management environments. Exposure to cyber risk oversight, technology governance, operational resilience, digital assets, fintech, information security, or regulatory compliance would be highly advantageous. Professional certifications and postgraduate qualifications will be viewed favourably. Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and the confidence to engage effectively with senior management and technical specialists alike. This opportunity offers a unique platform for a UAE National to build expertise at the intersection of technology, cybersecurity, innovation, and regulation, while contributing to the oversight of emerging business models and evolving risk landscapes.
