The Role Accountability Summary The main role of this position is to assist with day-to-day operations at MS, including Karting, Off-Road, and any other forms of MS. Assist and accompany all guests to ensure safe operation of all Extreme Sports-Motorsports activities, to efficiently operate all ranges. Responsible for assisting with the professional and efficient operation of all motorsport department circuits, activities, corporate, group, and races client safety and enjoyment of foremost importance. Responsibilities: To assist and attend guests during their activities To aid guests on the track Conduct safety briefing Follow operating procedures and rules for the safe and secure operation of the Circuits, races and events Report all incidents involving an injury or violation of the safety rules to Race controller assigned to your circuit. Carry out daily safety inspections of the track and cleaning of equipment, circuits Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform appearance and professionalism Follow company policies and procedures, demonstrate efficient teamwork and contribute to the achievement of business goals Ensure circuit discipline maintained by the use of warning flags and black flags. Explain to drivers whole their wrong and correct where possible Assist guests in an emergency as per the procedure and training given Ensure that all flags are available on track Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform appearance and professionalism always. To undertake ongoing training in first aid, fire suppression and other such courses as deemed necessary by Al Forsan. Follow company policies and procedures, demonstrate efficient teamwork and contribute to the success of the Al Forsan International Sports Resort To perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require
Requirements Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or High School or any related field or equivalent Minimum 1-2 years UAE experience preferred Previous experience related to Sports Facilities and Motorsports Prioritize safety of the guests, make sure that the equipment is safe following the companys guidelines and the workplace as a whole Multi-tasking, able to check different sections in the karting area Flexible, hardworking, excellent customer service and ability to understand full instruction given by the line manager. Applicable coordination skills to be able to coordinate and supervise the activities to ensure delivery of optimum services Driven and self-motivated Ability to work independently and as part of a team Regularly exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time, including direct sunlight, heat and cold Routinely exposed to dust and particles The noise level is moderate to high/ loud Good communication skills in English, Arabic is an advantage
