A leading educational institution in Ajman is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Sports Activities Supervisors to oversee sports teams, intramural programs, training sessions, and sporting events. The successful candidates will play a key role in promoting student participation, ensuring athlete safety, and supporting the overall development of sports programs. Key Responsibilities • Plan, organize, and supervise sports tryouts, training sessions, intramural activities, and friendly matches. • Coordinate and manage sports events, tournaments, and competitions. • Encourage and motivate students to participate in sports teams and activities. • Assess the needs and capabilities of sports teams and athletes. • Supervise sports coaches and assist in contract follow-up and administration. • Monitor the physical, technical, and tactical development of team members. • Promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among participants. Our deep market insight and hands-on approach ensure that every candidate and client receive personalized, high- quality service tailored to their goals. • Assist in developing and implementing sports policies, procedures, and regulations. • Maintain and coordinate sports calendars, schedules, events, and meetings. • Ensure accurate record-keeping, reporting, and filing of all sports-related activities. • Support recruitment and promotion initiatives for sports programs. • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of participants during training sessions and competitions. • Respond effectively to emergencies and provide first aid when required. • Complete incident reports and maintain appropriate documentation. • Enforce facility rules, participant conduct standards, and competition regulations. • Assist with sports facility setup, equipment management, and maintenance activities. • Prepare participation, performance, and activity reports. • Maintain organized databases and records of athletes and participants.

Requirements
Requirements Education • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field. Experience • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sports supervision, coaching, sports administration, or related activities. Skills & Competencies • Strong knowledge of sports activities and event management. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Ability to remain calm and respond effectively during emergencies. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records. • Good administrative and coordination skills. • Knowledge of health, safety, and risk management practices. • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors as required. Language Requirements • Proficiency in Arabic and English is required. Certifications • First Aid Certification preferred (training can be provided if required). Working Conditions • Combination of office-based and outdoor sports facility environments. • Regular presence required at sports fields, courts, gyms, and external competition venues. • Physical activity and movement are required as part of the role. • Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and sports-related physical risks.
