The Role Job Purpose The B2 Avionics Instructor & Coordinator will be responsible for designing, managing, and executing theoretical and practical training modules focused on electrical, instrument, and radio navigation systems for the H145 helicopter. The role combines technical instruction with program coordination to ensure seamless delivery of training tracks that meet strict civil or military aviation standards. Key Responsibilities ?Instruction & Delivery: Conduct advanced classroom lectures and practical lab/hangar training focused on H145 avionics systems, integrated flight displays, electrical power distribution, and autoflight systems. ?Training Coordination: Manage the logistical pipeline for avionics training tracks, ensuring simulators, test equipment, and components are scheduled and available for student training. ?Curriculum Development: Create and update specialized avionics courseware, training aids, and multimedia content tailored to the specific configurations of the H145 fleet. ?Assessment & Evaluation: Evaluate student competency through practical trouble-shooting simulations and written exams, ensuring strict adherence to passing criteria. ?Technical Compliance: Maintain alignment with global aviation regulatory frameworks (e.g., GACA, EASA, or military equivalents) regarding instructional techniques and content validation.
Requirements ?Education: Minimum 2-year Diploma in Avionics specialty or a recognized aviation training program. ?H145 Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven hands-on avionics maintenance experience (military or civilian) specifically on the H145 helicopter. ?Instructional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience acting as a Technical/Aviation Instructor. ?Type Rating: Valid H145 type rating from an OEM-approved organization. ?Certifications: Instructor qualification or instructional course certificate from a recognized aviation training organization. ?Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, excellent technical troubleshooting communication, fluency in English, and capability to manage classroom dynamics.
