Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University reaffirms loyalty to leadership and celebrates national unity during ‘Flag Day'

UAE, November 3, 2016- In response to the invitation of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University has raised the UAE flag proudly above its campus today (Thursday, November 3, 2016) in celebration of UAE Flag Day. The University also  commemorates the 12th anniversary of the accession to the presidency of H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who took over the wise leadership of H.H. the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the man responsible for laying the foundations for a country with limitless ambitions. The President has successfully continued his father’s aspirations for development and progress.

The UAE flag was raised at HBMSU’s campus amid a festive atmosphere, with senior university officials, administrators and learners attending the ceremony in reaffirming their commitment to fulfilling the visions laid out by the UAE’s Founding Fathers and their loyalty to the wise leadership. He confirmed their determination to continue supporting the nation’s growth and keeping the UAE flag standing tall.
